Academic integrity
We help you build, understand, document and present your project. You remain the author of your academic work: follow your institution's rules and acknowledge any assistance where required.
What ProjectLab does
We provide software development, system design, technical guidance, editing, formatting and coaching. Our aim is that you understand your project well enough to run it, explain it, extend it and defend it.
What we expect from you
- You remain the author of your academic work, including your written report or thesis.
- You follow your institution's rules on originality, collaboration and the use of external help.
- Where your institution requires it, you acknowledge the assistance you received.
- You take part in the walkthroughs so you understand every part of the work.
What we don't do
- We do not write theses, reports or assignments for students to submit as their own.
- We do not sit exams, take tests or impersonate students.
- We do not help anyone plagiarise or falsify data or results.
We may decline or stop work on a request that we believe would break these principles.
Questions
If you're not sure whether a service is allowed by your institution, check with your supervisor first, or ask us and we'll explain exactly what is involved.
